Mission
The mission of Project Hard Hat is to promote the practice of safer
sex among gay and bisexual men
in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area by providing educational information, testing information
and locations, support group information and by distributing condoms free of charge to dispensers within
bars and night clubs which cater to our target population. We believe that these
activities will encourage men who have sex with men to make more informed decisions,
behave more responsibly and be proactive in preventing the spread of H.I.V. and other
sexually transmitted diseases.
