Project Hard Hat is a non profit organization that was formed in February of 2004. Having no paid staff, we rely on volunteers and financial donations from the public. In 2009, Project Hard Hat distributed over 180,000 condoms and participated in several community events supporting our efforts as well as the efforts of other non profit organizations. For 2010, we are distributing over 13,000 condoms per month at our distribution points and more at special events and publicity activities.
